THE
C.ROWD HOUSE
JOURNEY

My journey has been a wild ride, spanning from architecture all the way to real estate! I began my higher education journey at Arizona State University, immersing myself in all things architecture for four solid, yet demanding, years. I was involved in everything from internships to competitions; however, a sense that another path might be my true calling lingered in my head during this time in school.

BECOMING A PHOENIX REAL ESTATE AGENT

I contemplated what these thoughts meant, however, I decided to stay “on path” and deepen my knowledge in architecture by pursuing a Graduate Degree at UT Austin.

Yet, the feeling still remained, and I decided to finally allow myself to explore what this voice was telling me. I left Graduate School (I prefer to say “dropped out”) after successfully completing my first year, and moved back to Arizona–my home.

AFTER A BRIEF HIATUS, IT DAWNED ON ME THAT DESIGN WAS MY TRUE PASSION, BUT IN A REDEFINED SENSE

It was under the guidance of my then-boss, a prominent Phoenix-based designer (you know who you are, and you rock), that I found my true calling. His mentorship encouraged me to merge my passion for architecture with serving buyers, sellers, and investors, viewing their transactions through a designer’s lens.

This journey led me to become a licensed real estate agent in Phoenix, a choice I've wholeheartedly committed to ever since.

PHOENIX REAL ESTATE MARKET

In a world where it feels like everyone knows several real estate agents, someone once gave me a nugget of wisdom at the beginning of my career that changed my whole approach: "What makes you different?"

Utilizing my design education and experience, I began offering before-and-after visualizations, showing my clients the potential that I envisioned in my own mind. These renders turned into more than just a tool; they became a core part of my identity as an agent and interior designer in Phoenix. They served as a bridge for my clients, allowing them to see beyond what was there, diving into the possibilities their properties, or future properties, held.

Today, we've repositioned our focus, placing a significant emphasis on our "Real Estate by Design" approach. While we take on design projects on a case-by-case basis, our primary commitment lies in offering our design expertise exclusively to those who entrust us as their real estate team in Phoenix—both current and prospective clients.
